24/7 for emergencies
Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Strathmore and Rocky View County
Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm for scheduled work.
Emergency service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Burst pipe or flooding: shut the main water valve off, and cut power at the panel if water is near anything electrical. Then call us.
Smell of gas: leave the building, don't touch any electrical switches, and once you're safely outside call ATCO on 1-800-511-3447 or 911.
No heat in winter: call straight away. Frozen pipes turn a repair into a much bigger job.
Tell us what's going on and we'll get back to you by phone or email. For a burst pipe, no heat or anything urgent, please call instead.
